Your purchase of goods from our site signifies your agreement to these Terms of Sale.
Goods, Pricing, and Availability
We diligently strive to ensure that all product images and descriptions align with the actual goods. However, please note that images of products are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in color between images and actual products may occur. Descriptions and images of packaging are also for illustrative purposes, and the packaging of goods may differ.
While we aim to provide accurate stock indications on our site, we cannot guarantee the constant availability of goods. We retain the right to modify prices and add, alter, or remove special offers as necessary.
Please be aware that the price of goods displayed on our site does not always include delivery and framing charges. Delivery and framing options and their related charges will be presented during the ordering process. For international orders, be advised that customs duties may apply in the destination country. Customers are responsible for these duties, which are in addition to shipping and handling costs.
Orders
Our site will guide you through the order placement process. Prior to finalizing your order, you'll have the opportunity to review and make any necessary amendments. It is crucial to double-check your order before submission.
If, during the ordering process, you provide incomplete or incorrect information, please contact us promptly. We may request corrections in the event of inaccurate or incomplete information, and we will cancel your order if accurate information is not provided within a reasonable time. Any costs incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete information may be passed on to you.
We may share your contact details with the artist whose work you are purchasing unless you request otherwise at the time of purchase.
Artefact Global B.V. reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason. In the rare event that we cannot accept or fulfill your order, we will notify you via email. If payment has been received, we will refund those sums as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
Payment and Refunds
Payment for goods and associated delivery charges is required in advance and will be prompted during the order process. Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods in our warehouse. Artefact bears no responsibility for any charges imposed by your payment provider as part of the transaction.
Delivery
Goods purchased through our site will generally be shipped from our warehouse within 4 weeks of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially for pre-ordered or timed releases. Any delays will be communicated during this period. Delivery is considered complete, and responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the provided address. Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon receipt of full payment, including delivery charges.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If the goods you've purchased are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us at info@artefact.global as soon as possible. You have a 30-day right to reject such goods, starting from the day of receipt. This does not apply if we informed you of any faults or issues with the goods before your purchase.
Cancellation and Return
Requests for cancellations or adjustments must be made within 24 hours of order placement. If you wish to return your purchase, please ensure that it is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds do not include the costs of framing or delivery, and you are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment to our headquarters in the Netherlands.
Our Liability to Customers
We are liable for any foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach of these Terms of Sale or our negligence. However, we are not liable for unforeseeable loss or damage. We will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations arising from events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and take all reasonable steps to minimize delays.
Transfer of Obligations
We may transfer our obligations and rights under these Terms of Sale (and under the Contract, as applicable) to a third party, such as in the event of a business sale. We will notify you in writing if this occurs, and your rights under these Terms of Sale will remain unaffected.
